(1) Before starting each shift, lubricating oil can be added to each moving part, including manipulator, manipulator guide rail, opening and closing mold guide rail.

(2) The swing arm can be added for one (3-4) days. The large chain and small chain of the heater can be used once a month. Check the engine reducer and heater reducer frequently for lack of oil. The main bearing can be added every three months.

(3) Check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, and especially whether the belt drive parts are abnormal under the condition of large impact force.

(4) Check whether the high pressure air source, low pressure air source, power supply and water source are normal.

(5) Check whether the emergency stop switch, safety door switch and protective device are normal.

(6) Check whether the heating head enters the embryo and whether the dropped part of the embryo works normally. If the insertion is not in place, the adjustable embryo can be used to press the nut of the device.

(7) Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or not. Timely change.

(8) Check whether the pneumatic element leaks and whether the action is sensitive.

(9) Check whether the triplet leaks abnormally, whether it is blocked, and whether the water cup is too full.

(10) When the solenoid valve of the automatic bottle blowing machine is abnormal, it should be cleaned in time.
